 Description

Recording equipment The recordings were done by means of a digital recorder (Fostex FR-2LE) and two AKG C451 B microphones placed on the table in front of the speakers. The recording of 01 and 02 took place in a meeting room at the public library in Malung town. The second recording, of 01 and 03, took place in the kitchen in the home of the latter. The speakers The set consists of three speakers, a man born in 1944 and two women, born in 1927 and 1945. I contacted first speaker 01 who then recruited the two others. Speaker 01 was recorded twice, first with 02 and then with 03. They come from different part of the Malung area. 01 is from the central part of Malung, 02 from Öje, about 20 km. northeast of central Malung, and 03 is from Malungsfors about 11 km. north of central Malung.
